Hummer, Lincoln or other Limo - What Would you Have?

What kind of limousine would you have if you had one? I mean if you could have any type of limo from a Hummer, to a party bus, what would you want and why?

You can get a limo in all sorts of styles now days and they don’t just belong to the rich and famous although if you own one, you are probably well off.

If you have the money, you can get just about anything custom made into a limo too. There are PT Cruiser limos, Hummers, the old stand by and reliable Lincoln Town Car and even trucks that have been stretched. I suppose though, if you just want a luxurious ride without drawing attention to yourself, a Mercedes or something like that would be perfect.

The next question is, what do you want inside it? Big screen, mini bar, hot tub? Go ahead, dream extra big!

Trying to Get Ahead

While I work a full time job and am a part of a MLM company on the side, it seems like I never get ahead.  I mean, sure we make some money and all our bills are paid, but beyond that, there isn’t much left over at the end of the month - and I am getting frustrated.

While blogging for profit worked for me the first while, it never put much food on the table.  Sure, we could eat as much mac and cheese as we would like, but that gets gross after awhile.

I also haven’t reached the level of MLM success that I was hoping.  In fact, even though that I am good at MLM lead generation, I haven’t been able to make a lot of sales.  I guess I am good at recruiting non-cash generating downline members.

I think that I need to find a mentor - someone that has had some success with the MLM program that I am a part of - maybe then I will be able to get ahead for once in my life.

Getting Rid of Job Stresses

I work at a pretty stressful job. I work with the social services and am in charge of finding temporary homes for many kids that need to be taken care of. Though the kids are removed from their homes for a variety of different reasons, it breaks my heart to see what some of the hardships they have endured in their short little lives.

I always promised that I would never let the job get the best of me and I try to stay emotionally unattached as much as I can. You can never remove yourself completely from the situation, though, and anyone who has feelings will be affected to a certain degree.

The one thing I do is let it all go when I come home to my family. When I have had a particularly strenuous day, I often will go and get a relaxing aromatherapy massage. This allows me to relax with my family and be thankful that I have a wonderful husband and some great kids.

Step One in Making my Own Site

My husband has been running an Internet business for a few years now and he was really happy when I recently showed an interest in learning what he does. He told me that if I wanted to make my own site, he could teach me how to promote it and I would learn a little bit about what he does.

The first thing I had to do was to decide what my site would be about and then check available domain names. He suggested that I go with a name that was not too long and choose one that people would recognize as to what my page would actually be about.

I found a list of available domain names that had something to do with the topic of my site and I chose a name form the list. We bought the name and I started working on my page. It is almost finished now and I am getting excited to start promoting it.

Here Comes the Bride

As a little girl, I can’t tell you the number of times I sang the “Bridal Chorus” from Wagner’s opera Lohengrin — the traditional wedding march played at most weddings in North America as the bride appears at the back of the assembly to meet her groom. Of course, the words I sang were a child-distorted version bearing no resemblance to the original text.

One incarnation of the song goes, “Here comes the bride, all dressed in white. She stepped on a turtle and down came her girdle.” Another is: “Here comes the bride, big, fat and wide. See how she waddles from side to side. Here comes the groom, skinny as a broom.”

Why is it that I can remember these words but not Bible verses? Why would these ridiculous lyrics be ingrained in my memory when worthier words aren’t? The answer is … wait for it … the number of times the given words were repeated and reinforced. Guess that shows I should have learned to sing Bible verses.

Staying Ahead of the Pack

There is a lot of talk going on in the world today about how you can get rich on the Internet. I am actually a firm believer in this and I kind of feel sorry for those people who are still trying to make a stationary business successful. We live in the computer age and to be successful, we need to keep up with the ever moving technologies.

I remember when I first got into Internet marketing products. It was the first time that I actually started seeing a profit on the Internet. The good thing about it was that I got into it before the market was as saturated as it is now.

This made me realize that I needed to keep evolving with the technology if I was going to be successful in the business. I do this by staying just ahead of what everyone else is doing and it seems to be working just fine.

Learning About my Phone

I thought I knew everything about my mobile phone until today when I tried to browse the Internet.  Let me just say that the result that I had just wasn’t what I was expecting.  You see, the site didn’t display properly on my phone at all, and I needed to find out why.

So, when I got home, I took a look online to see if I could find a website that told me how I could view websites on my mobile phone properly.  It turns out that there are wap sites that are specifically designed to work and display properly on a cell phone.

As it turned out, a mobile website is designed to display properly on a cell phone (I guess it should have been obvious) and once I figured it out, my experience online was much better.  In fact, I don’t even mind surfing on the Internet anymore, now that I know what I am doing.
