On the Phone with Support
I would like to think of myself as computer savvy, but sometimes a problem comes up that just stumps you. I know that I can’t be an expert at everything, but that is why my new computer came with phone support.
In fact, I have been on the phone with computer support for the past half-hour, trying to get my computer to work properly. The problem lies that the machine will turn on, work for awhile, and then randomly reboot.
The technician on the phone has been very patient with me and I am so thankful, but I can hear some frustration in her voice. I suppose that working with people that have varying levels of computer skills can be very frustrating.
Well, it turns out that there is something wrong with my motherboard, so I will have to take it in for warranty work - even though that is an inconvenience, at least I know what is wrong.
